Colleen's Mistake

This pie is a result of a delicious mistake that happened one day in the bakery and is here to stay! A chocolate crumb crust is filled with a rich chocolate center then layered with a caramel-pecan filling and topped with maple-candied salted pecans, house-made whipped cream and caramel sauce. It has quickly become The Pie Hole's favourite mistake.
